SHIPPING INFO
Shipping methods - US Orders.
Our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. For traceable shipping you have a choice of UPS Ground or UPS Overnight. Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
Shipping costs.
For standard orders, the following shipping rates apply.
USPS Priority Mail $6.95
UPS Ground $8.95
UPS Overnight
$22.95
*For packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional surcharge of $5 will be added to the UPS Ground Rates and shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
International orders.
We will happily ship anywhere in the world. Please email us prior to placing your order for shipping charges.
Shipping times.
For USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground orders, please allow 1-2 days to process your order for shipping. Packages shipped via Priority Mail or Ground typically arrive within 1-6 business days. Orders shipped via Overnight will be processed and shipped the same business day, provided they are received by 12pm CST. For packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
NOTE: Priority service is not available for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or for international destinations.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, money orders, or CODs.
We charge an 8.25% sales tax on all US orders shipped within Texas.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original tags in place. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges.
How to make a return / exchange.
• Prior to sending merchandise in for a refund or exchange, you must obtain a return authorization number. Please email us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please let us know at this time why you are sending the item(s) back.
• Once your request is approved, typically within 1 business day, you will receive an e-mail with your RMA #. Include this number on your return slip and on the mailing label included in your original package.
Returned items and items for exchange must be received by us within 10 business days of receiving your RMA#. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via UPS, FedEx, or similar traceable carrier. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Give a gift of KINA. You can have the Gift Certificate delivered to the recipient by regular mail or have an electronic gift certificate emailed to them. There is no shipping charge associated with a gift certificate purchase, electronic or physical.
Gift Certificate Redemption.
Gift certificates can be used online by entering the special gift certificate code in the Coupon Code section during checkout. Click on the Submit button to apply the discount. Your remaining balance, if any, will be placed back into your account for future purchases.
